The wonderful penthouse, located in the historic center of Rome, in the immediate vicinity of Piazza Navona, is characterized by extreme silence and a pleasant view of Piazza Fiammetta, where you can see the dome of St. Peter in the distance.

The newly renovated apartment, furnished with extreme attention to detail, consists of a living area of ​​about 30 square meters which houses two sofas, a coffee table, a console and a large mirror.

From the living area you can access both the first large double room with a small balcony where you can enjoy the splendid view of the historic center of Rome and the dome of St. Peter's.

Also from the living area there is access to the large kitchen furnished with fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven and every type of utensil useful for cooking, the kitchen is also equipped with a table with 4 chairs.

Please note that the apartment is located on the FOURTH FLOOR of a historic building NOT EQUIPPED WITH AN ELEVATOR, so you need to climb 80 steps but once you arrive, you will be rewarded by the beauty of the house.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport from Termini Station with bus 64 or 492 to Largo Argentina and the Vatican with the Bus 64 or 62 to Largo Argentina, or whit BUS 87 from Colosseo underground. The proximity to Termini, main railway hub in the city, makes it easily accessible from the international airport of Fiumicino, every half hour there are train connections through the Leonardo Express connecting Fiumicino Airport with the train Termini, in just 30 minutes. For those who were coming from Ciampino Airport there are connections from Ciampino to Termini Station made with the bus company Terravision Shuttle Bus.
